Personally, probably not, but I don’t think it is impossible either. If someone’s heart has stopped beating and doctors act quick enough to get the heart started then often people can survive. There are cases where it has happened (of course, in extremely rare cases)..
However, once the heart has stopped beating, the organs of your body stop receiving nutrients and oxygen important for their function, particularly the brain. The brain can become so severely damaged with lack of oxygen and nutrients within seconds that it just wouldn’t be able to function normally anymore.
