      Worst ones that are still to be solved. Families still waiting for their loved ones to be put at rest.

      The inquiry into the murder of a barely 5 year old was one of the most harrowing case I was involved with solving. The operational word here is “involved” which kind of answers the second part of your question. Case work is invariably always a team effort. Every team member works to their strength dealing with individual aspects. Arranging the pieces and putting them together until a seamlessly fitting picture emerges is team work.
