great question,
unhealthy food is usually fried, has salt, sugar, artificial colours & flavours, meat still has the blood in it (& blood in the meat is what gives it its flavour).
Healthy food usually has none of these things. it is the high salt, sugar & fat that the body loves in the “junk”food. These trigger the release of certain pleasure-inducing neurotransmitters called dopamine and oxytocin, these make us feel relaxed, pleasure and enjoyment that make us feel great, making us want to eat more
