      Probably Helium, just because it can make you sound funny if you breathe in (very) small amounts.

      I like Sodium, because it reacts vigorously with water and is a major component of a really useful mineral: halite, otherwise known as salt!

      Mine would be oxygen. Cant imagine life without it.
