For me the point of life is to make a difference – to make a contribution – or leave something positive behind. Two of the greatest things that humans can do, I think, are to create and to collaborate. Helping each other and sharing our creations are, for me, the point of life. So I aim with my work to move my field a tiny, tiny inch forward, so other people can build on it when I have gone. But I also want to help other people, so they get better than me and pass me with their ideas. It sounds a bit floaty I know, but that is my aim – and I am going to work as hard as I can to make it happen.

I agree with Hazel, I think the point of life is to make a difference for other people. If I can improve the world, even in a very small way, then I think I would be happy
