I think this is a tricky question as we all have different specialities; I have worked with breast, pancreatic and skin (melanoma) cancers. Studying each of them has their challenges, but there are lots of resources, like patient derived cell lines or animal models, out there for us to use to study them. I think it would be very challenging to study rarer cancers like certain types of skin cancer or sarcomas as there are fewer models we can use to understand them.

This is a great question, but also not an easy one to answer. There are some cancers that we unfortunately have very limited options to treat patients with. For example, glioblastoma a brain tumour, pancreatic cancer, and some unique types of breast cancer are still very difficult to treat.
