Question: What do you find most interesting about honey bees?

That’s a very nice question, thank you.
Everything about bees is very interesting, their behavior and how it changes according to the season and according to their physiology and the hive’s demand. How the queen is able to manipulate the hive and keeping it in harmony, also the fact that they pollinate our food is very important and interesting.
How their role within the hive is controlled by the food they receive in their very early stages (the larval stage). As the queen to be larva will be fed only royal jelly, while the worker to be larva will be given royal jelly for the first three days and after that will be differentially fed on worker jelly that is made from pollen mixed with honey and some glandular secretions.
