There are many different estimates! Global warming would not destroy the earth it would change how the earth looked and functioned. So you would have higher sea levels meaning less land and less habitat availability for humans and animals you would have higher temperatures in some places and colder temperatures in others, more frequent storm events and hurricanes. Lots of scientists believe if our emissions have not been reduced by the end of the century then climate change will not be reversible.
