• Question: Is it possible to have some sort of virus that could possibly possess the body and create a zombie type form of person?

      In theory it would be possible, but in reality none of viruses that we have identified so far would be capable of this. Viruses either cause brain damage which can’t be reversed (this is very rare!) or they cause short-term effects (such as flu)

      There are viruses that affect the central nervous system and can give people hallucinations or false feelings throughout their body – that can look or feel pretty zombie like! But usually these are quickly reversed, but if they are causing brain damage it’s pretty hard to cure.
