      My idol is James Clerk Maxwell… I am fascinated by light and he managed to come up with a wonderful mathematical description of light…. but even more important still… he was a really good guy!

      He had loads of friends because he was so caring and kind. He was interested in how everything worked and loved teaching people and loved inventing things to make life easier for his family and friends. He understood how important it is to have fun with your work and to enjoy it. He was also very brave and all this together makes him not only my idol as a scientist but my idol as a person.

      (He also liked playing tricks on people… hehe)
