• Question: what inspired you to want to make a superconducting levitating train model?

      First: I’ve seen one like that few years ago, it looks great because it’s really levitating and you can see it.
      Secondly: With a model like that I can came to school and show how superconductors (so my piece of physics) behaving and I can talk also about different physics stuff, showing them on nice experimental way and I’ve discussed it with my fellow scientist and they also pointed that out that there is a lot more going on in case of that train so on an example of model like that you can pointed out and understand lots more general physics, not only a superonductivity, and that’s what I want to do if I get a chance to bring it to school.
      Third: There will be liquid nitrogen in use, ever seen sth done with it? It looks brilliant when it quickly coming to gas form.
      Fourth: And trains are amazing, aren’t they?;)
