      Wow… that’s a great question… should i be informing MI5 of your intent 😉

      If you could focus all the light that hits the earth to a pinhead and scan it across the earth that might be a good starting point to plan a world domination campaign. The light form the sun is not laser light though… but you’re talking petawatts of continuous power… a lot! 😛
