They’re both ok but to be honest I don’t really go for either of their works.

My favourite artist is Edward Hopper http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Hopper
I like how his paintings imply a story that you have to wonder what it is.

I also enjoy Jack Vettriano, but his work is a little over used everywhere.

Dali! I love dali… all those melting clocks and hidden images. It’s like a puzzle of a painting and i love puzzles. 😀

Also i like m.c. escher… have you ever tried to draw an impossible picture, it’s quite difficult but also quite fun when you draw it on the board for people 😀

My favourite artist is Jackson Pollock – and no, they’re not just blobs! And also I love photographs by Ansel Adams.

As for your question, definitely Banksy.

I can’t honestly say I’m any type of art critique – but I do appreciate that both artists work is good, for different reasons.
For saying I’m not really into art I went to the Gugenheim in Bilbao this year, some of it was pretty cool stuff!
Generally, in terms of paintings I tend to like any paintings of the sea, or boats. I don’t know why!

I like work of both of them, very creative way of expression, but if I need to choose one of them it probably will be Dali (don’t ask why, I don’t know;) But currently at my wall (beyond many others stuff) there are few postcard of Monet paintings (reminder of recently visit at National Gallery – great place!)
