      That is a very advanced question! Although my research is not looking into communication between different blood vessels, I can still answer it as it is very similar to the way blood vessels communicate with the fat cells (which I believe you have asked about it!). Blood vessel is basically a lineup of cells. These cells have gaps with each other (imagine a line of you and your friends!). They pass things around just like humans pass things to the person next to them!

      One thing to bear in mind is that cells are in fact very smart! They can respond to different biological signals like chemicals and pressure and produce different signalling substances. These signalling substances get passed on and hence, they are very capable to communicate different information with one another! Sometimes, one can even ask another one to die (wow!)
