      Hi Jammy, that’s a very interesting question!
      I must say I had to do some research on the topic because it’s not my field. It seems that the brain of pathological liars is different from the brain of honest people as an adaptation to telling lies (they need more white matter to make up better stories!).
      I’ve also read that when you lie, an area of the brain is activated and it can be measured. However, if you are too used to lying, that area of the brain is no longer activated. Your brain can no longer detect anything abnormal.
