• Question: If you filtered the world's water, wouldn't there be a threat to sea animals that eat algae etc.?

      No, not at all! We wouldnt filter all of the water in the world, only the water which has been made dirty by people. There is so much polution in water currently meaning more algae grow than need to so there is no shortage of them. Also if there are poisons in water, and algae eat them, the algae get eaten, so the poisons go into whatever eats the algae etc. you end up transferring the poisons up the food chain and this would result in us eating them too, which wouldnt be great.

      Naturally algae do grow, but in specific places, we wouldnt disturb these, we only target water humans have made dirty and clean it so we can reuse it to save taking away water from other places too.
