Question: what would happen if you went into a black hole?

Now I am not a specialist on black holes but here goes, I was reading some stuff that Pro Brian Cox produced and he was saying what he thinks happens is if you enter the black hole you would be destabllized, what I mean is your body would be broken down into atoms and then the atoms would be broken down in to there uncontructed state. He goes on to say thats why its said that in the black hole, in the centre you would find light. But hey I am no epert at this topic
