• Question: would you classify a vet / animal doctor a scientist

      Absolutely. Their subject matter knowledge is definitely scientific and they use their scientific knowledge to solve problems, it’s just the problems they solve are in the bodies of humans or animals.

      yes they are. science is a broad subject and biology covers everything living.

      Great question. They definitely work in science, but I normally use scientist to describe someone if there isn’t another way, so doctors and vets are doctors and vets, but when I say scientist I mean someone who just works on science in a way that isn’t doing anything else.
