      it difficult to say exactly what you need to do. first bit of advice i’d give is you have to want to do it because you enjoy science. sorry to disappoint you but being a scientist isn’t going to make you a millionaire unless you are really lucky and invent something that everyone needs. so you need to like science a lot.

      for a subject point i would focus on the science, maths and IT. the other skills i’d suggest you work on are researching topics, problem solving and communication skills.
