when i first started out as a scientist i worked all the time and didn’t take too much time to relax or do thing i liked, but slowly i realized i needed to balance it out with doing none work related things. by doing this i became better a better scientist because i was cleared my head and could think problems through better because i was revisiting things with a fresh mind and was able to solve the problems better and quicker.

I think my biggest problem has been deciding what to do. I did two different science degrees, and I became a teacher, and now I’m doing a PhD. I don’t know if I’ve finished deciding yet or not, because I’m always looking at new things and realising that they’re pretty cool too.
