• Question: Why do you still toss and turn in the night if your asleep and can't control your brains

      I thought this was because our brain activates the same thoughts that we had during the day, but a quick search says that movement is not possible during sleep (the brain turns it off). Apparently movement happens when you wake up for short periods, we don’t remember the last few minutes before we sleep and the same applies for when you wake up for very short periods in the night. So you are aware when you do it, but you don’t remember it.
