I am a research scientist, so I am working towards knowing more about how things work. I have a lot of freedom, my imagination (and money) is what limits me. I think of a question and then make experiments that can help to answer it.
It is often exciting, because you are finding out things that NOBODY ELSE KNOWS! It’s like knowing a secret to life, although I want to tell everybody else so that they can use what I found to learn more. Sometimes it can be boring though, you must repeat the same experiment a few times to get a result that means something. And sometimes it is frustrating, because things are not working the way you think they should be, but that is the beauty of science, it is complex.
