Question: what is it like looking at brains?

I only look at mouse brains – they’re very small and I’m often looking at a few brain cells within the brain, rather than the entire thing. I feel honored to look inside living mice brains, not many people do it. The work I’m doing has a lot more importance when it is done inside the animal, rather than in a dish.
