Nice question. It depends which bone you are talking about. There many different bones in any one leg. So a femur, the biggest and heaviest bone in your leg weighs much more than a phalange in one of your toes.

Not only that, but bones change in weight as you grow. Young people grow really fast so their bones also become longer as they become taller, and the bones become wider to support a growing body.

A fully grown adult man’s femur would weigh around half a kilogram. Bones are relatively light-wieght but also strong and tough at the same time.

It all depends on how big the bone is! Some people are taller and have longer bones. In fact your body is not symmetrical on both sides, your left leg could weigh more than your right leg!
