Question: How long did it take to discover the dinosaurs?

We first found fossils for dinosaurs in the year 1824, so almost 200 years ago. What’s even cooler was that the man who did this was from Britain, so we have a lot to take credit for here!

The first dinosaur found was called Megalosaurus and it was totally enormous! We have since discovered fossils for hundreds of other species of dinosaur and this list continues to grow. I love dinos 🙂
