Question: can you ever make a new colour

Colours are a result of our cells in our eyes and our brain, to make a new colour we would have to change how our brains process colours. Colours are sensed by cone cells in your eyes, the wavelength of light activates either the blue-violet, red or green cone cells or a mixture and your brain reads this as colours.
