      The second law of thermodynamics would indicate so! But there are many things you can do to try and slow it down.

      Ageing is inevitable. Over time, DNA is damaged by things such as UV light; with time our cells also become less efficient at repairing DNA damage. Scientists think this damage and a decrease in the body’s ability to repair or replace these cells, may be an important component of ageing. However, there are researchers looking into how this process can be slowed down.
