        It helps us to understand the risks of materials that are hazardous to health and to take appropriate precautions when handling them.

        I agree with Stuart! It helps us know how to manage lots of types of chemicals, like medicines, pesticides and industrial chemicals.

        Understanding toxicology helps me to do my work. Being able to understand the important concepts of toxicology means that I can understand the results from my experiments and makes me a better scientist.
