      I don’t think there is a single important, they all work in tandem!

      I would personally say the brain because it controls most of your bodily functions, along with controlling your thoughts, emotions and storing your memories.
      If your other organs fail they can usually be replaced if you have an organ donor. This is true of your liver, kidneys, heart and lungs, where they can be transplanted.
      But brains cannot be transplanted because of the complex neural connections. So they are pretty important 🙂
