      I think you mean Coulombs force, if so that’s the between charged particles at the atomic level.

      The force is, F = k*q_1*q_2/r^2 where k is a constant to do with the permeability of the medium the particles interact, q is the charge on each atom or particle then r is the distance between them. The resulting value is the force felt on each particle
