• Question: Would you like to be the one to build technology from Star Wars?

      YES! It would be tough, but definitely.

      We have already found exoplanets (planets going around stars other than our sun) far, far away, we know that of one of Saturn’s moons, Mimas, that has a big crater making it look like the death star and we have built robots similar to the droids that save the characters in Star Wars time after time.

      With the space-travel technology in Star Wars we would be able to visit so much more of our own galaxy. This is deemed as ‘hyperspace travel’ in Star Wars but unfortunately to do this we would need to figure out how to make a spacecraft engine that can travel at the speed of light – the fastest that anything with a mass can travel! Pretty tricky..
