Question: when gas turns into a liquid what do you call it

When a gas turns into a liquid it is called condensation. Condensation is the opposite of boiling. Boiling happens when you heat a liquid up past its boiling point (like water in a saucepan), and condensation happens when you cool a liquid down past its boiling point (like the steam after you have a shower touching the cold bathroom wall tiles).
