• Question: When can I have a robot butler?

      You would have to be very rich to afford a robot butler, but there are actually scientists and engineers that are currently working towards creating a ‘robo-butler’.

      A company called iRobot are working on the technology to create these, but unfortunately they won’t be done anytime soon as they have to prioritise new, useful, boring (in comparison to a robot butler) household items, such as high-technology hoovers. But these inventions will also be useful for creating the Robo Butler. They believe that they are less than 10 years away from having a finished design, with building to follow – but it is in the works so give it 10 or so years!
