Probably looking at cells under an electron microscope, which is capable of around 20,000X magnification! I was looking at the distances between organelles in healthy and diseased cells and it was awesome to see them in such detail.

I stained cells and recorded them dividing and it’s really cool watching the chromosomes and the cytoplasm separate. In terms of finding anything, I did an experiment in which I depleted my protein and the cells didn’t grow normally – they clumped together into small balls! We’re still working out why they do that.
