• Question: what is at the other side of a black hole if something gets sucked in

      I really hope there is some kind of other universe similar to ours. Like some kind of portal to another world.

      I also think it would be really cool if there was a completely different universe on the other side of a black hole. But you would never be able to come back to our current universe…assuming you survive the trip into the black hole.

      I don’t think we will ever know as you couldn’t survive going through a black hole! The dense gravity would kill you long before you got to the centre. We can’t even get probes in there at the moment to know what is on the outskirts of the black hole let alone the centre!

      Secretly though, I am hoping its like the book “The Long Earth” by Terry Pratchett and Stephen Baxter, in which there are multiple parallel universes. I think that would be cool!

      We don’t even know what it is like inside a black hole, never mind if there is another side. All we think we know is that if something falls in it is the last we will see of it, but since we don’t know what happens inside, almost anything could happen!
