That is an excellent question. I probably like the most looking at how the tiniest little thing can cause the biggest change. A simple way of thinking about how drugs work on the body is the lock and key idea. To cure the disease you need to unlock the cure. The cure is the key and the disease is the lock. All locks have different keys that will fit, so to link this with pharmacology, I enjoy analysing the fit of the keys in the locks and tweaking them until the perfect key fits hopefully curing the disease.
This analysis could be analysing data from experiments, to even thinking about changing how and where the drug enters the body.
