Question: Ten years ago would you have seen yourself as a scientist?

10 years ago I was 16, so just about applying to university. Honestly, at that age it was hard to think 5 years into the future, let alone 10! So my answer is no, I actually couldn’t even imagine myself in 10 years. I knew I was interested in neuroscience, but at the time I wasn’t sure how I could make a career out of it until I went to university and learned that you could research neuroscience full-time as a job! 🙂
