Question: is it important for more women to get into science ?

Of course. It is important that there is equality of opportunity – we only get the most out by valuing inclusivity including with respect to gender. This offers opportunities and challenges – embrace women in science as they are here to stay and if you are inquisitive – regardless of gender or other diversity characteristic – science could easily be a great career for you.
