Question: is it hard to work and keep up with your family?

Not really – I have really good childcare and I have been a Mum for 12 years! It isn’t really that often that we can’t fit everything in – but I am usually very organised!

I do get frustrated when colleagues who don’t have children are too busy to do things – particularly on the odd occasion that this involves working at the weekend and the like. I guess this make me have pretty high expectations.

But I wouldn’t have it any other way – I love running and ballet, swimming and brownies for my kids just the same as mums who stay at home!
