      I agree with Dan and say the internet! It has completely transformed our lives in terms of how we research, contact each other, navigate, educate…everything!

      More specifically, the internet and the world wide web (yes, they’re two different things!). The internet is a huge network of networks that connects the millions of computers together (so one computer can connect with another one anywhere in the world). The original inventors were Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn. The world wide web was founded by a British scientist called Sir Tim Berners-Lee. The WWW is the way we access information i.e. web pages using the internet and uses browsers e.g. internet explorer to gain access to the pages. Cool huh?

      I would invent ways of harnessing renewable energy earlier, to stop using up fossil fuels and depleting our resources and polluting our planet.
