Food impacts science – well we all have to eat and food science makes sure that food is safe, what it says it is and increasingly that there is enough.
But the science of food is also fascinating. Lots of info about bugs contaminating food – best advice is to cook it so it is often raw food that have the higher risk.
But there are other chemicals that accumulate and have an impact later in life – causing cancer or diabetes or heart disease.
