It is theoretically possible, yes, I just don’t think we have the technology to make it happen in our lifetime yet. Brian Cox has a really nice demonstration about how time travel into the future (but not to the past) is possible: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-O8lBIcHre0

Certainly Stephen Hawking thinks so! He thinks that if a spaceship could go fast enough, then time will slow down for those on the spaceship. This would only allow us to time travel forwards though, not backwards. Backwards time travel, he thinks, would be impossible due to the time paradox E.g. a person travelling back in time to shoot themselves.

The speed of this spaceship though would have to be something like 650 million miles per hour. One day on the ship would be the same as one year on earth.

Yes, but only forwards in time, so you’d have to be very sure you wanted to go and leave the current time behind.

There is also a social science part to this – deciding to leave the current time and travel to the future could have psychological and societal implications that we need to be prepared to deal with!
