Question: Why is physics your favrite topic?

I really like solid state physics. Mainly because it is the basis of my research. I find it fascinating learning about how different elements behave in different environments and how we can manipulate them to make things exactly to our needs. I never thought that from learning the atomic structures of different teeth would lead me to work on stem cells to grow my own. That’s what is great about science, you’re never quite sure where it will take you.
