• Question: Do we have free will?

      I think so! It’s a bit of a grey area. Most of physics tells us that the Universe is deterministic (which would suggest we don’t have free will), but on really small scales, quantum mechanics tells us that it isn’t.

      I don’t really think we have enough evidence to know either way, so my belief in having free will is more to do with my feelings rather than hard evidence. As a scientist, I’d prefer to make a decision based on evidence, but I don’t think we have enough right now. We need a philosopher in here!
