Question: Where is the worst place to put a building

If you don’t have to worry about money you can build a building anywhere. There’s no reason you couldn’t put a building in a swamp, so long as you put it on deep foundations. Where I work we look at how expensive it is to build a building and a big part of that is what is happening beneath the ground. You could have good solid ground to build on but it might be contaminated (which is where I come in), and this contamination might damage the building or harm the people who use it, sometimes you need to do a lot to make an area “clean” so that it can be built on.
