Question: what materials are good to use?

That depends what you need it for. Materials Science is all about different materials that are really good for very different things. For sustainability the important thing is using the right materials for the right jobs and making sure we recycle and get the materials back as much as possible. Things from plants like recycled paper are good; if we recycle cans that’s good. Sometimes plastic is perfect if we need something very light and weather resistant, we just have to recycle it and not throw it away so easily. It’s a good question, unfortunately there’s isn’t a nice simple answer.
