Probably a writer or a footballer – but being a scientist is probably my third dream job!

When I finish my PhD my dream is to work in science communication. I want to tell people about all the cool science that is out there and get people excited about science.

Talking to you guys and answering questions about science is the kind of think I’d like to do as a full time job!

My dream job is probably what I’m doing now. I love working in the lab and doing experiments but I also love going out to talk to people about the science I do. I’m really lucky to be able to do both. The only thing I would like is longer weekends but I think I would want that in any job I do.

I really enjoy my job, but if I could pick something different just for fun I think I would be a backing singer as I love music. That way you get to sing and enjoy the music without the so much pressure to be the one at the front!!

I’d really like to fly helicopters or aeroplanes; the freedom when you’re up in the air is amazing.
