      This depends on the flowers they are foraging on for nectar. Typically we call a honey a certain type if they only forage on that flower, for example, lavender honey, the bees will have been mostly feeding on the nectar from lavender. My bees are located by some agricultural fields, so depending on the time of year have some meadows or crops to feed on.
