Question: UV rays are harmful so is there any chance that these UV rays your using could be used for harm because we don't want people frying fish

UV safety is definitely something we need to consider. Our plan is to build a device that would look and function a lot like a common kettle. You’d fill it up with water then turn it on, except instead of boiling the water, it will use disinfect it with UV light. All the UV would be trapped within the device, otherwise it would be unsafe to use.
There’s no risk to fishes unless someone were to put one inside, and I hope you don’t do that with your kettle!
