Unless it causes you to time travel no chocolate can make you younger!

If you’re referring to “Esthechoc”, which is a new chocolate with a very high concentration of antioxidants, then it doesn’t make you younger, but ‘reduces the signs of ageing’ according to their study. It basically increases blood supply to the skin, causing it to tighten and remove wrinkles. It’s more of an aesthetic change than making you ‘healthier’, so don’t go reaching for that chocolate just yet.

Antioxidants are chemicals which are supposed to go around the body and ‘mop up’ free-radicals (by-products of respiration), though I’m not sure how much they actually do that, or whether the free-radicals are really that bad.

If you want to stay healthy and looking young, a balanced diet and exercise are the only ways we REALLY know that work 🙂
